Mint Melon Smoothie recipe:

Mint Mint Smoothie recipe | A deliciously refreshing recipe for the mint of the whimper m

Ingredients:
– 1 cup of melon cut into cubes (preferably, mature and sweet melon)
– 1/2 cucuman cucumber in cubes
– Some fresh mint leaves
– 1/2 cup of coconut water (or ordinary water)
– Some ice cubes

Instructions:
1. In a blender, add the cubes of melon, fresh and fresh mint leaves.
2. Add half the amount of coconut water (or ordinary water) to start.
3. Mix the ingredients until a regular consistency is obtained.
4. If the mixture is too thick, gradually add the rest of the coconut water (or water) until you reach the desired consistency.
5. Add some ice cubes and mix again to obtain a fresh and creamy smoothie.
6. Taste and regulates the sweetness by adding a little honey or maple syrup if necessary.
7. Pour the smoothie into a glass, garnish with a sheet of fresh mint and a flavor!

Variant with serum proteins:

If you want to increase the protein content of your smoothie, here is a variant with the milk serum protein:

Additional ingredients:
– 1 portion of the serum vanilla protein (quantity recommended by the manufacturer)
– 1/4 cup of almond milk (or other vegetable milk)

Instructions :
1. Follow the passages of the recipe prior to passage 3.
2. Add the part of the serum vanilla protein in the blender.
3. Add almond milk (or other vegetable milk) to adjust the consistency according to your preferences.
4. Mix until all the ingredients are well mixed and the smooth plot.
5. Proceed as indicated in stages 5, 6 and 7 of the basic recipe.
