I do not participate in these trends because I find it too much culline with the bite-leeud. See what I mean. Zap this type of direct content.

Another «tendency» this time in women’s magazines. For 3 weeks I received 4 requests for interviews for advice or programs to transform your body into 3 weeks. It is normal that I have communicated so much on this for years, I can’t get rid so quickly.

The upper body is still selling paper. Even if … nothing is less certain. But in any case: it makes interviews. Brief.

By mixing these two social networks and women’s magazines, last night during a little insomnia for sleep, I told myself that if it should do again, I will speak less body, more sports in itself.

Because at 43 years of age and now I am faced with a first technical problem of long -term health, what I have to do seriously to have curved buttocks, designed shoulders or thin thighs …

What matters now for me is to be able to keep a straight and mobile back, in order to run until death follows because it is actually running my best back pain. Be able to continue swimming at sea without limitation of the duration. Being able to transport the welcoming of my child one day if I am lucky to become a grandmother. In order to accompany my daughter on a path on the day she asks me?

In summary: to have enough muscles and VO2Max to conduct the life of an active woman up to over 80 years.

But this: it is allowed especially if you have worked on your V2 Max and its muscles before 50 years. Because whatever happens, after 35 years – we women – we start losing muscles. So you have to look for even more to build muscle mass. And after 50 years, the V2 Max (Massimo Cardio) decreases by 50% every 10 years.

Especially the fire body

And what did I do from 25 to 40? Especially the fire body. It was my priority as a young fitness mother, it was also that of many members of the community that I created.

But focusing above all on the body, I made a lot of mistake.

  • Not enough to push me to run and swim (my favorite sports). And practicing only for «pleasure» and satisfying me of minimal trade union results.
  • Not enough to push me into a muscle building during my training as a sports coach where I really had to push the merger to be certified. Otherwise, I still allowed myself to live with light weights to do and at ease.

So yes, I was a young mother and it was more difficult to go to the buttocks. But despite everything, I have still lost the cardio vascular ability. And today at 43 I struggle to earn speed in the race or swimming, because I have not made a division for more than 15 years, even 20 years.

Less body performance

So if I had advice to give me to me 20 years ago I would say: less body, more performance.

Because in the end, when we focus on multiple sporting performances, the silhouette follows. And while we acquire competence in his sport: we love his body even more (and his sport!).

I have nothing to do with the shape of my buttocks. What matters is that I am more injured when I swim and I am higher when I run.

I have no regrets, it’s like that, I was completely in the perfect body tunnel and I had many problems to get out of these ideological chains of the 90s -2000: where only weight loss and appearance counted.

All this to tell you that if you are under 40, listen to the experience of a 20 -year career fitness coach. We are not interested in the shape of the body. The most important thing is cardio performance and muscle mass. Mobility, but it is less difficult to work.

I will not go back to my 20th birthday without a fractional without kicks with buttocks. I become aware, I accept, I am interested in this topic. But I don’t identify myself with this problem. Today I’m here today. And fractionally do 2 times a week running and/or swimming. I wear very heavy heavy goods vehicles at least 1 time a week, often 2. I do yoga and gyroscope now. And practical sweet cardio as soon as possible.

Lifestyle

I started to regular sports challenges setting an ambitious and achievable goal. Without necessarily following the trend. Long distance swimming water: my greatest pleasure. The 10 km race: my biggest challenge. Swimming surrounded by nature to discover extraordinary adventures. These are not the most fashionable challenges, but here too I don’t care !!

Also, I’m super grateful to swimming. A sport that allows me to set various sporting goals every year. Which carves my body in a very harmonious way. And thanks to those who met new great friends who take me to their adventure world.

Without observing me. Without underlining if for 1 or 2 days I can’t train. But keep this line of life.

I like to talk about life, well. I had not prepared this expression, it came alone writing. The line of life is better than healthy lifestyle. Because there is this dimension of finesse, duration and guide to survive.

In short, less body, more challenges. A rewarding, varied and reassuring line of life, thanks to which we progress with much more self -confidence.
