You noticed, I put «Sano -year» end, that these words can live together without problems. That’s not it. Here are some ideas to impress the family and friends in these year -end celebrations and for the rest of the 365 days in fact.
I also add that the final «parties» -year are ultimately only what? … 4 – 5 holidays to break everything? So there is no need to make a whole dish. In the end, if these 4-5 meals are included in yours Basket of 20 % – 80 % Sain, There are no problems !! Don’t feel guilty. Give yourself the family and friends. The important thing is to fully experience the good times.
Red beets cubes and feta
For the apertif, it’s ideal!
Ingredients: 3 cooked red beets. 1 Feta box (if possible organic), Guérande salt.
Peel the red beets. Cut them into fairly regular dice. Open the feta package and cut the cheese of the same size.
With a toothpick, Sting 1 diced beets and 1 feta dice. Place on a pretty dish. You can leave fresh for 2 – 3 hours without problems. And serve fresh, after adding a pinch of Guérande salt.
Red cabbage salad
In winter, the salad is no longer really in the season … and yes !! Even if we find it on the shelves permanently, in reality, the cabbage is a little easier to keep in winter, therefore the best friend of light meals.
Take 1/2 red cabbage and cut it into a thin slice as we would do for an onion or tomato. You will get small filaments perfect for a salad. Add chickpeas, artichokes (canned), 1 avocado, cumin seeds, diced goat (if possible organic). Connect with olive oil, apple cider vinegar and a little salt.
Partimarron soufflé with chestnuts
Vegetarian dinner to die for! Thanks to my older sister for the discovery.
Ingredients: 1 large pumpkin, 3 organic eggs, 1 jar of dense biological crème fraîche, organic grated cheese if possible, olive oil, vegetarian broth cube, pre -cottie chestnuts, 1 large onion, 6 cloves of garlic, nutmeg and pepper (optional)
Rinse and scrape the pumpkin a little in cold water. There is no need to peel it, the skin is eaten. Cut the pumpkin hat and empty the seeds inside.
Preheated the oven at 180 ° C.
In a large bowl: mix 3 whole eggs + 1/2 jar of crème fraîche + 2 tablespoons of grated cheese. Mix hard, add nutmeg and / or pepper if you have and you want it. Pour this mixture into the pumpkin.
Cut the onions into thin stripes, open the precise chestnut box. On a plate that goes in the oven, arrange the onions, the cloves of garlic without peel and chestnuts and add 30 cl of vegetarian broth. Then place the pumpkin (with the preparation inside) on the plate in the middle and the hat next to it.
Cook at least 180 ° C.
Before serving, check that the pumpkin is quite soft. Otherwise, add 10-15 minutes of cooking. Add a lot of olive oil just before serving. It will have a better flavor and will be more digestible than cooked.
Eat hot.
Orange salad
My favorite dessert to end up on a light note after a slightly heavy meal.
Ingredient: 1 kilo of orange. 1 date branch. Pignoons, fresh mint leaves.
Peel the orange kilo being careful not to damage the fruits too much. Then cut the oranges into thin rings, as we would do for Moza Tomatoes. Use a fine -toothed knife not to run too much juice.
Cut the dates into small pieces with scissors (remove the nuclei).
Arrange the orange rings on a large dish, then sprinkle with small pieces of dates, eardrums and fresh mint leaves. Keep until 3 in the morning.
If you want to adopt a new balance of life that is both healthy and lasting, now try the food rebalancing program!
Conclusion
The end of the year is often associated with indulgence, celebration, and plenty of tempting treats. Yet as we have seen, it is entirely possible to enjoy the festivities without compromising your health. The concept of a “Healthy Year-End” is not a contradiction—it is a reminder that pleasure and well-being can coexist when we make mindful choices. By exploring simple, balanced ideas for meals, snacks, and gatherings, you can impress family and friends while also taking care of yourself.
These celebrations do not have to be about restrictions or guilt. Instead, they can become opportunities to show that nutritious food can be delicious, festive, and satisfying. By incorporating colorful vegetables, lighter recipes, and creative alternatives to traditional desserts, you can bring freshness and originality to the table. Your guests will not only be surprised by the flavors but may also leave inspired to rethink their own habits in the year ahead.
More importantly, the choices you make during the holidays set the tone for the following months. If you can balance enjoyment with mindful eating at the busiest time of the year, you will find it much easier to continue these habits in the everyday rhythm of life. A “Healthy Year-End” becomes the first step toward a healthier, more energized 365 days.
Ultimately, the key is balance. Enjoy the chocolates, pastries, and family feasts when they truly matter, but remember that health is built on consistency, not perfection. By mixing indulgence with lighter, nourishing recipes, you create harmony rather than conflict. The year-end celebrations can therefore be both joyful and healthy—a perfect way to close one chapter and open the next with renewed energy and positivity.
